    Vacancies for posts of Demonstrators at Department of Biosystems Technology, Faculty of Technology

    University of Ruhuna.

     

    Applications are invited from suitably qualified graduates for the post of Demonstrator in the Department of Biosystems Technology.

    Qualifications required:

    A Bachelor's Degree in one of the following fields from a recognized university:

    • B.Sc. degree specialized in Fisheries and aquaculture.
    • BBST degree covering nanotechnology with natural product development technology or fisheries and aqua culture technology.
    • B.Sc. degree in Agricultural Technology covering Soil science as a major subject
    • B.Sc. degree in Food Science & Technology
    • B.Sc. degree specialized in Environmental Science / Natural Resources Management
    • B.Sc. degree specialized in industrial Microbiology/ Biotechnology/ Bioprocess technology
    • B.Sc. degree specialized in Chemistry (with a strong practical background)
    • B.Sc. degree in Landscape Architecture / Town & Country Planning

     

    Note: 

    1. Priority will be given to applicants with relevant industrial experience and/or postgraduate qualifications.
    2. Applicants must clearly indicate the specific specialization field they are applying under, as listed in the qualifications above in both the application form and the email subject line.
