Obtain the application forms from the Computer Unit at the Faculty of Science at the University of Ruhuna by producing a deposit slip for non-refundable Rs. 200/= paid in favour of bank account Ruhuna University Computer Unit (Account Number: 032-1-001-0-2477603) at Peoples Bank branch at Uyanwatta, Matara
OR Send a self-addressed 9x4 stamped envelope to course coordinator with the deposit slip to receive the application forms by mail.Applications can be collected at the Computer Unit 9.00am - 4.00pm on weekdays
Attach a letter from the employer, if employed.
