The seventh Academic Sessions and sixth Vice Chancellor’s Awards Ceremony of the University of Ruhuna are scheduled to be held at the faculty of Engineering, Hapugala, Galle on 17-18 March 2010.

As you already know, the Organizing Committee has called for abstracts for oral / poster presentations for the technical sessions and is restricted to the academic staff, administrative and technical staff, and students of University of Ruhuna. If you have submitted your abstract you are requested to submit your full paper according to the guidelines given bellow.

Please note that the deadline for submission of full papers has been extended up to28th January 2010.

All the papers will first be reviewed by an independent panel of reviewers before being accepted for presentation. Based on the comments by reviewers, the editorial board will decide whether a particular paper is for oral or poster presentation.
