Reservation of Stalls

The exhibitions during the above period will attract large crowds. The University has decided to provide this golden opportunity to other institutions and companies to advertise their products and services. However, due to the limited space, we encourage the interested parties to make early reservations for stalls. The details are given below.
| Indoor stalls: | Size 3m x 3m (International Standard) Name board, reception table, 2-chairs, 2-lamps and 1-plug base. Rates: Rs. 30000/= for the period of 10 days. |
| Corridors Type I: | Approximately 3m x 3m. Name board, reception table, 2-chairs, 2-lamps and 1-plug base. Rates: Rs. 25000/= for the period of 10 days. |
| Outdoor Stalls: | Size 3m x 3m (Galvanized Sheds with 3 sides covering
with corrugated sheds) One table, 2-chairs, 2-lamps Rates: Rs. 20000/= for the period of 10 days. |
| Corridors Type II: | Approximately 3m x 3m. Rates: Rs. 15000/= for the period of 10 days. |
| Space for Umbrellas: | Approximately 5ft x 5ft. Rates: Rs. 5000 for the period of 10 days |
